Design and implement the credentialing strategy for all the customers 2. Address the content needs of customers based on the master solution strategy 3. Drive the content governance workstream 4. Design and develop off the shelf content strategy for the organization. 5. Manage the content development team & the vendor teams 6. Project management for short- and long-term projects of content like client content audits, content migration, and new content development & testing Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree. Work Experience: 8-10 years of relevant work experience. (Learning Solutions) Excellent creative writing capabilities.
