Job Description :

- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead for Content Marketing to join our team and lead the development and execution of our content marketing strategy for the Farming Category.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, with a focus on the Farming and Agriculture, and a passion for creating engaging and informative content that drives business growth.

- As the Lead Content Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.

- This will involve conducting market research to understand the needs and interests of our audience, creating content calendars and editorial plans, and managing a team of content creators.

- You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our content marketing efforts are aligned with our overall marketing strategy and are effectively driving leads and conversions.

- You will also be responsible for measuring and reporting on the performance of our content marketing efforts, using data and analytics to optimize and improve our strategy.

Key Roles :

- Drive the content creation & distribution agenda across all channels (Video, Audio, Text & graphics content)

- Work cross functionally with video production team to produce relevant content.

- Produce research material for all marketing content creation

- Support YT, Social Media & SEO team with various type content (other than video)

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree/P.G in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail

- Experience developing and implementing content marketing strategies

- Experience managing a team of content creators and graphic Designers

- Experience in running 360 degree content calendar for various channels - Social media, Blogs, Community engagement, PR, Podcast, webinars etc.

- Experience in creating content in multiple vernacular languages

- Experience in creating various type of content not limited to Video (long form and short form), Blogs, E-books, infographics & other downloadable content, Podcast & Webinars

- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
