1. This role requires a brand publisher mindset: to create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion.

2. Accountable for all content creation initiatives that support digital marketing to drive traffic, engagement and leads.

3. Research Lifesciences industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies).

4. Write clear marketing copy to promote Rx Propellant portfolio.

5. Create content for websites, brochures, pitchbooks on Lifesciences platform, clusters and infrastructure projects and updates them as required.

6. Prepare presentations for thought leadership sessions at conferences, seminars and webinars.

7. Prepare content for features in relevant magazines and newsletters.

8. Create and proofread content before publication.

9. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).

10. Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost.

11. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why.

12. Measurement and optimization of branding/promotion will be required on a regular and ongoing basis.

13. Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel.

14. Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.

15. Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required.

16. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Marketing or Business.

2. Proven 3 years of experience in Marketing Content writing.

3. Portfolio of published content.

4. Excellent content writing skills.

5. Familiarity with the Lifesciences industry will be preferred.

6. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

7. Exceptional attention to detail.

8. Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels - Google+, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

9. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

10. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

11. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

12. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

13. Good time management abilities.

14. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

15. Great interpersonal skills.
