We are hiring a content marketing manager for an insuretech organization based in Bangalore. This role would head the content marketing charter for the organization, including developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the organisation's marketing and brand objectives. Looking for folks who have experience with B2B content marketing.

Responsibilities;

This role would oversee the creation and publication of various content types, including blog posts, articles, white papers, social media content, website copy, and email campaigns, where the focus would be on lead gen content vs awareness creation content, hence an appreciation for metrics (followers, impressions, subscribers, downloads, conversions etc) and monitoring content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and improve content effectiveness would be the main focus of the role.


Example:

1. Optimise content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company's digital channels

2. Creating and distributing product and engagement content to reach subscribers

3. Creating guides and being responsible for download numbers

4. Creating video content for product features and updates where followers increase

5. The role will be based in Bangalore & will report to a Director of growth & marketing.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership

- Proven experience in content management, ideally in a leadership or managerial role

- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices

- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure and analyse content performance (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics)

- Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, etc

- Understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling techniques
