Manager - Content Marketing - InsurTech

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage and develop strategies to increase awareness, viewers and subscribers for our Youtube Channel and other social media

- Create SEO driven content plans and processes

- Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews

- Develop monthly reports on the latest improvements and trends for Youtube and other social media platforms

- Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Analytics and work on offering constructive interaction with users

- Analyse the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Experience in producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge

- Has proven record of driving youtube marketing successfully

- Experience in Digital Marketing and SEO

- Good communication skills

- Good time-management skills

- Ability to multi-task

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Critical-thinker and problem-solver

- Basic understanding of the financial sector and insurance will be an add-on
