About the role: We're looking for those who love to build bold, dream big and can steer the brand to greater heights using content. The role is all about managing, curating and driving the content ship with strong ownership and rich experience in content project management. Star gazers, memers, humourists, story tellers, Netflix binge watching imaginative types who can formulate content and drive teams of copywriters and designers (Inhouse or agencies) into creating, planning, calendarizing, bucketizing and having a strong vision for content that is across social media, websites, marketing collateral, branded content such as app store, Short films, reels, testimonials, etc. are the ones that will do well in this role. What is expected out of this role in next 12 months ? - Build out the content- plan, calendar, buckets with the right strategy and vision that serves the brand objectives - Laise with various stakeholders and ensure readiness in planning and delivery of content. - Maintain high levels of quality checks and standards - Arrive at a distinct voice for the brand through content leading to achievements in benchmark metrics such as engagement, organic reach, CTRs etc. Responsibilities : - Fully responsible for the social media content of the brand- Ideation, curation, agency liaising, calenderisation, creation of on brand content buckets, Go Live content strategy (With support and tools) - Overseeing and steering other forms of branded content creation (inhouse or with agency)- internal comms, Mailers, Push Notifications, blogs, website, videos, influencers, App store/Play store content. - Work on briefs with internal stakeholders for content plugins. - Work on strategy that will elevate the brand to best in class and beyond using the power of content. - Work on uniformity of content across the brand and bring the elements of the brand together on all touch points. Somethings we look for: - Around 5-7 years of experience working on creation of content on social media, other branded content, CRM, videos, blogs etc. - Demonstrated, hands-on experience in working with a team on the 0-1 journey and scaled beyond. - Experience of dynamically working with multiple teams- internal and external on projects. - Loves being creative- coming up with multiple ideas and has the power to garner more ideas - Has a high level of ownership and loves to take challenges head on. - Copywriting expertise or at least an inclination towards copywriting is desirable. - Proficiency in English and fair understanding of Hindi. - Loves to steer projects with a problem-solving mindset and is a self-starter. - Enough exposure to take calls and co-create on design, video editing etc. and give approvals. - Exposure to ATL and BTL marketing campaigns is a bonus
