Manager Content & Localization Job Title: Manager - Content & Localization( Will closely work with web developers, application development team, drive digitization of the group, manage localization of applications) Location: Open Yrs of exp: - 10+ experience in web production, localization and personalization - 3-5 yrs. leadership/management experience Responsibilities: - Manage the Corporate and multiple product websites with respect to design and content. - Maintain dashboards of all the websites while monitoring the performance for impact. - Maintain a detailed project tracker for the Web portfolio. - Communicate to stakeholders on projects and also coordination on requests between cross-functional teams. - Maintain the Corporate website for accuracy, visibility, and performance. - Provide project status to Core Leadership on performance Additional Responsibilities: - This position would support for all the businesses and product lines for the group globally to drive digital transformation. Content & Localization you will be a key contributor to the company's digital transformation as we bring to life highly complex experiences through our web / app channels globally. - You and your team will coordinate and work with many global leaders across the enterprise to ensure that everything we publish (localize, personalize) maintains great editorial integrity, and timeliness. - Passion for learning/discovery new technologies that can further improve the company's publishing/localization and personalization capabilities. - Looking for a highly energized and strategic leader who would be a brand ambassador and can grow these functions while bringing an entrepreneurial mindset in adding/growing higher degree of value-added support that we provide globally. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's/PG degree in Computer Science, Web Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, Human Factors or related field. - Experience working with virtual/remote teams located in different geos - Understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies - Working experience with AEM and other digital marketing campaign technologies - HTML, CSS, JS experience - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, JS a plus - Digital Marketing or Systems experience preferred. - Working SEO experience (architecture, metadata as it relates to CMS) - Working experience with Jira, Confluence SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead/Manage content and localization team to drive customer centric digital experiences and best in-class service to regional marketing teams. - Work with cross-functional teams and identify areas of additional automation - Work to inform stakeholders on potential enhancements based on user behavior - Lead team to ensure that proper documentation is created for repeatable process that can be leverage by marketing teams to have self-serve tools to draw from - Recruit, onboard, and grow content and localization team, giving them the guidance and tools to continually learn, build trust, and specialize in their area - Manage the production process and pipeline, including maintenance of an accurate and efficient publishing schedule; oversee ongoing upkeep of existing content catalogue as a partner in and co-owner of our updates process - Coordinate with marketing campaign leaders, digital merchants, SEO experts, creative teams, and other colleagues to ensure stellar editorial quality, transparency, adherence to core standards, and deadline compliance - across daily publishing to support campaigns as well as website redesigns / replatforms. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build, test, and roll out new features and improvements to our AEM CMS and other 2-tier CMS. - Maintain production documentation, administrate essential tools - Set up team KPIs and reporting to effectively report on performance, quality, and accuracy.
