- Candidate should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. This role demands the candidate to be a go getter who has a knack for problem-solving and growth hacking.

- Exemplary writing/editing/proof-reading skills with strong creative and story-telling abilities.

- Proven track record of producing different types of content assets such as blogs, case-studies, videos, website copy, pitch-decks and other sales-enablement collaterals within set timelines.

- Ability to produce content that brings out unique selling points of company's products and various offerings for different industries and different stages of the buyers journey (awareness, consideration, and decision stage).

- Ability to quickly acquire thorough knowledge and understanding of company's products and various offerings and understand different buyer personas.

- Conduct thorough research of market needs and competitive landscape, and analyze data required to gain insights into customer needs and experiences.

- Comfortable with and ability to quickly understand technology, industrial products, business models, various stakeholders etc.

- Review content of other team members and execute editorial governance so that content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.

- 3-5 years of experience in high standard content creation, preferably in e-commerce industry.

- In-depth understanding of website designing and basic understanding of UI / UX and web publishing as well as website

- Should have experience of managing team of designers & content creators

- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

- Excellent in communication & people management skill

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- High proficiency in comprehending and building analysis over large and complex data sets

- Graduation + MBA from a reputed institute
