Job Description
As the Content / Creative, you will be responsible for planning and delivering clutter-breaking content required for the various brand marketing campaigns, and more. You will be responsible for high quality creative content with the objective of driving high brand awareness, recall and engagement. This role reports into the Marketing Head of The company
On a day to day basis, you will be working on:
Mapping out a content strategy, in line with company's marketing objectives - both short term and long term
Planning and executing the calendars for regular content on social media, and strategic content to support various brand campaigns
Ensuring consistency in content in terms of style, tone of voice and optimized for user experience across all content channels including online and offline media
Supervising copywriters, graphic designers, social media managers, content managers and also expanding the team, when necessary
Leveraging market data to develop content themes / topics and including the same in the content calendars
Regularly tracking the trending content and deploying tactical content marketing campaigns to ride on the same
Supervising the maintenance of content inventories and metrics
Developing standards, systems and best practices for content creation and distribution based on sharp data-based learning
Engaging and communicating with creative/content, media, and PR Agencies for timely delivery of the content required for the marketing campaigns
Tracking effectiveness of the content regularly by measuring engagement across media platforms
You should apply if you have:
An extensive experience in multi-channel content creation, both digital and offline (ATL & BTL)
A diverse experience in both a creative agency as well as on a brand, preferably consumer / lifestyle / travel & hospitality
Master's degree in English / Journalism / Communication / PR or related field. MBA in Marketing a plus.
Experience in creating compelling messages for different target demographics
Experience in creating content calendars, and delivering clutter-breaking campaigns
Experience in leading diverse content teams
A very high degree of creativity
Good understanding of various media channels (ATL, BTL, digital)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations
Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see micro as well as the macro picture

Salary offered: 5 - 8 LPA
