Roles and responsibilities :
We are looking for a Consumer and Market Insights Manager who will design and execute market research as well as user research to drive new product development, marketing strategy and go-to-market tactics for company's products. In this role you will work closely with the product and business team and play a pivotal role in defining the direction of online programs.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify problem statements
- Planning and implementing user research strategies and methodologies
- Conducting qualitative as well as quantitative research relying on primary as well as secondary research
- Talking to existing and potential customers to understand their needs and behaviour
- Doing a competitor analysis to understand product offerings and features
- Devising actionable strategies from consumer insights
- Reporting and presenting your findings to drive new product development and marketing strategies
Eligibility and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data
- Strong business awareness and understanding of profitability and efficiency drivers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- MA in Design or Sociology or a Graduate Degree in a numerate discipline
