Role : Manager- Consumer Insights Unit : Corporate Brand Group Location : Mumbai Responsibilities : - Part of the brand consumer insights team. - To manage and analyze consumer research utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods. - Oversee multiple studies such as new product development, concept testing, U&amp;As, brand tracking, customer journey, brand positioning, etc. - Work with branding, marketing and key internal stakeholders to understand their marketing information needs. - Involved in research design, questionnaire development as well as project implementation with suppliers monitoring their performance. - Analyze and present rich insights as well as actionable recommendations to management and key stakeholders to help drive business decisions and marketing strategy. Job Requirements : - 2-5 years of customer research experience at a supplier, corporate research department or ad agency. - Requires strong project management; excellent analytical capabilities; strong communication and writing skills as well as the ability to handle many projects simultaneously. - Creative and innovative. Should be able to interpret data from different perspectives, find unique insights and recommend strategy. - Must have strong client interfacing skills with a variety of management styles and levels across the company. - Able to execute studies from design, delivery and strategic insights perspective as well as willing to get involved in all levels of the process.
