Job Description :
- Support the overall business strategy and key goals.
- Work closely with content, sales, subscription, marketing, product & tech teams
- Generate insights and recommendations based on consumer behavior, viewership, user journey, subscription, content, ad sales, competition and marketing data.
- Work with analytics vendors and tech teams.
- Ensure accurate data collection, timely reporting of KPIs and MIS for both internal and external teams.
- Creation of dashboards and reports
- Analyse large data volumes to improve decision making and drive business outcomes.
- Present data and actionable insights to senior management teams
- Error free and accurate representation of metrics, usage of data for decision making by the respective teams
Technical :
- Prior experience of working with E-commerce / OTT data
- Proficient in using Excel, working knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics
Education : MBA / Masters / Bachelors in Engineering
