Manager - Consulting Software Sales

Requirement : Skills Background :

- Between 12 -18 years of years experience in IT industry running a consulting practice / delivery management role

- 8-10+ years of senior professional services management experience, preferably in an Enterprise Software / Professional Services organizations - SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, CA, BMC etc

- Minimum of 6- 8 years of project delivery experience in enterprise IT or Software organization in a direct delivery role

- Experience in leading large/complex, multi-faceted, multi end-user business organizations

- Experience in successfully managing a large services P&L driving higher revenues/margins and growth

- Highly developed people management skills, able to manage and motivate teams of people to achieve business and personal goals

- Strong commercial acumen with evidence of developing, negotiating and maintaining business.
