Principal Duties And Responsibilities : Holistic understanding of Energy value chain and ability to drive client conversations on : - Renewable energy market like solar, wind, biomass, hydro etc., their feasibility and key players in the market - Understanding of the regulatory landscape, implications for business and aid compliance programs - Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes - Good understanding of financial analysis and associated financial terminology - Ability to quantify the impact through renewable energy investments (pay-back period, NPV, IRR etc.) - Project management / oversight and develop trusted client relationships - Support on BD activities across teams - Conceptualize, design and build re-usable components around the practices to help accelerate the development of Capability Network - Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100% Qualifications : MBA in finance or sustainability / Master's degree in Environmental Sciences Experience : 10+ Years of Experience Preferably some experience with managing a large program delivery at a global scale for client in any sector Key Competencies and Skills : - Client Management - Financial analysis - Renewable energy feasibility - Strong communication skills. Can lead conversations with client stakeholders - Strong command of MS Office Portfolio - Strong Problem solving and analytical skills
