Education : MBA Exp : 7 - 11 years - 7+ years of progressive experience in Management Consulting with focus on High tech industry - Experience in Communications, Media & Technology domain experience is a must - Good experience on Operating Model Assessment, creating a roadmap for Operating Model Assessment, Contracts and Pricing Engagement tools, with exposure to Hi-Tech Industry group. - Experience in either of the focus areas : Operating Model Assessment / Digital Process Transformation / RPA. - Managed engagements in the areas of Digital Transformation, Operating Model Transformation and Process Optimization in the High Tech Industry - Driven transformation programs with experience in value tracking & reporting, metrics & KPI design, business case, SOPs, project management, governance and PMO - The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C - Suite executives across geo's & have strong global client exposure - Willing to travel domestic and international locations - Valid Visa is added an advantage
