Manager - Consulting - Education Sector

ABOUT THE ROLE :

This particular role is to be the project lead in helping set up and operate a world-class institution. As a Senior Manager, you will be front-facing the client and program managing all workstreams to ensure quality and timely outcomes. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires thinking ahead, managing a small team and leading meetings to meet client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop a relationship with the client team and gain their trust

- Develop project plans for the various workstreams and closely monitor progress

- Set a rhythm of report outs to client team and orchestrate governance meetings

- Lead a small team to help deliver on all the outcomes while being guided by the 9.9 leadership team

- Ensure all deliverables are of high quality and delivered on time

- Attend relevant meetings and have an ear to the ground to identify needs of the institution

REQUIREMENTS :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in general management

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of a client organization

- Ability to storyboard and present information in an effective and concise manner

- Skilled in basic quantitative analysis, effective writing, presenting capabilities and program management

- Positive attitude, flexible, curious, timeliness and detail-orientation

- Applicants with an MBA with consulting backgrounds will be preferred
