Lead handling and conversion to closure
- Lead nurturing for all qualified leads.
- Manage lead by prioritizing, ranking and use the value based, consultative sales approach for qualified opportunities
- Work on tools like CRM to integrate new leads and manage lead cycle through the system
- Work on cross sell and upsell strategies
- Work and combine efforts with analyst to build proposals, convert leads, schedule analyst briefing calls, construct market relevant emails for clients
- Prepare daily MIS and reporting to manager on pipelines and leads closed on daily basis.
- Collaborate with web marketing team to prepare campaigns to increase lead count, conversion and improved client traffic on website
- Post sales follow-up and maintaining a client satisfaction report.
- Training associates to execute basic level database building and appointment generation campaigns
