Construction Manager (Railway Project )

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the construction of structures, particularly bridges, with expertise in pre casting, pre stressing, and launching of girders using Gantry/launching truss.

- Manage segmental construction of bridge decks.

- Preferably experienced in railway projects.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Implement safety protocols and regulations on-site.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

- Resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during construction.

- Maintain documentation and reports related to construction progress and quality control.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

- 7-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably with a focus on bridges and railway projects.

- Proficiency in pre casting, pre stressing, and segmental construction techniques.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.

- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
