Manager - Consolidation - Infrastructure/Manufacturing Firm - CA

Responsibilities :

1. Consolidation of financials

2. Prepare closing schedule for the group on quarterly basis

3. Monitor progress of the schedule & highlight /escalate any slippages

4. Consolidate all the sector financials and provide the same in time for review by the superiors, after highlighting the variations

5. Plan and manage consolidation team on day to day consolidation activities so as to achieve the above

6. Ensure satisfactory and timely resolution of queries from subsidiaries

7. Closely interact with the auditors and resolve or escalate consolidation audit issues

8. Initiate and drive implementation of common initiatives related to regulatory requirements across the group such as Schedule VI changes, Companies Act 2013 requirements.

9. Identify improvement areas in the consolidation process and initiate action for deployment of the same.

10. Analysis of financials & Audit committee presentation

11. Co-ordinate & monitor preparation of analysis of the financials and variance analysis for management review

12. Co-ordinate & monitor preparation of audit committee presentation

13. Implementation of IND AS and Provide effective guidance and support to the IND AS

Experience : CA with 7+ years of post qualification experience. Knowledge of IND AS is a must.
