Roles and Responsibilities;

- Preparation of Ind AS Compliant standalone and consolidated financial statement and handling audit.

- Working knowledge of Budget and MIS, identify variance and analysis thereof

- Supporting Income Tax and Secretarial Department (Sharing & vetting information for XBRL, DPT-3, FLA Return, Annual Report, MGT- Assessments, ITR, and Transfer Pricing etc.)

- Experience of handling Related parties Transactions in group environment

- Understanding of Accounting of Business Combination and Fair Valuation requirements and Internal Financial Control (IFC).

Skills Required:

- Proficient knowledge of IndAS, Schedule III, CARO and Auditing Standards.

- Analytical Skills & solution oriented mind-set

- Working Knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST, Companies Act & FEMA

- Expert knowledge of MS office

- Experience of Working in SAP
