Position: Manager-Concept Development and Marketing - Acoustic Building Materials Products
Role:
- Concept Development - To create conceptual strategies in strengthening the acoustics building products of the Company. This includes presentations to key accounts and to liason with them for project solutions
- Detailed team and project's mapping for various applications primarily in Office segment. This will include travel to geographies pan India and networking with key stakeholders
- To identify opportunities and sectoral growth prospects via frequent customer meetings and evaluation of their project requirements
- Marketing: To create marketing material, stories and content which can be driven through various means of communication. This will strongly inlcude planning large as well as small format events and execution of the programs through internal and external resources.
- To work and constantly evaluate existing and new channels of communication including digital mediums and social media. This will include establishing thought leadership in the acoustics category and creating customer pull via various initiatives
- Case studies and technical solutions: To prepare local testimonials, AV case studies and general research cases. This includes providing technical expertise and liasoning with govt. bodies for best practices, standardisation, etc.
Requirements:
- BE, additional MBA will be an advantage
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in concept / solution selling thru specifiers & clients
- Marketing experience in interior construction industry.
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of Marketing functions including Digital
- Good networking skills
- Knowledge of technical subjects such as acoustics, fire
