Manager - Compliance & Risk - BFS

We are seeking a Compliance and Risk Manager to join our fund management entity at IFSCA, Gift City, Gandhinagar. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance and risk management frameworks, ensuring regulatory adherence and protecting client interests.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee compliance and risk management frameworks.

2. Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance to senior management.

3. Conduct risk assessments and implement effective controls.

4. Develop and communicate compliance policies and procedures.

5. Provide training to employees on compliance matters.

6. Conduct internal audits and investigations.

7. Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors.

8. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and best practices.

9. Monitor and report on compliance and risk management activities.

10. Foster a culture of compliance and integrity.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in finance or related field.

2. years of compliance or risk management experience.

3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards (SEBI, AML, KYC, FATCA)

4. Familiarity with IFSCA and Gift City regulations is a plus.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
