Job Role: Compliance Manager
Location: Mumbai
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- To do Anti-Bribery and Corruption related activities
- Activities involved would be Bribery Risk Assessment, Third party Due Diligence, Vendor Risk Assessment, Review of the risk ratings, Maintaining necessary registers, Internal reporting, Conducting trainings
- To proactively manage the possible AML risk and KYC risk, maintain control of the AML/KYC developments in the NBFC/Banks/Payments connected businesses.
- Establishing AML guidelines, ending alerts, submitting STRs, monitoring FIU alerts, and so forth
- In charge of carrying out compliance reviews and compliance testing.
- knowledgeable about adhering to PMLA, RBI regulations, and other relevant legislation.
- creating procedures to track NBFC compliance and drafting, reviewing, approving, and putting into practice a variety of policies.
- coordinating the filing of data and other requirements with the RBI and other agencies.
- interacting with all parties involved to uphold regulatory and company policies.
- preparing documentation to inform management of any changes to regulations that may affect the business.
- Ensuring disclosures on notice boards, websites, and finances.
Qualification:
- Post Graduate in Commerce field
- Effective communication skills as required to communicate with functional heads and other stakeholders.
