1) Lead the compliance monitoring for all regulatory and statutory compliance across all functions and circles through monthly compliance monitoring and drive non compliance closure
2) Track and engage with business to remediate action plan and target to Reduce risk and financial exposure through proactive compliance monitoring and action planning on the same through process improvement.
3) Lead development of regulatory and statutory inventories in coordination with SME's within legal and regulatory teams, mapping of inventory to processes of various functions, within legal of monitoring checklists for each function and monitoring of progress in coordination with the function SPOCs
4) Drive Vendor compliance monitoring across all functions and suppliers to ensure all vendors across the organization comply to labour and other statutory laws. Drive action planning for identified non compliances and report to the management
5) Coordinate with function SPOCs and lead the functional monitoring and ensure the self- assessment is accurate
6) Coordinate with the audit team and ensure the audit findings are in line with the non-compliances identified
7) Act as a SME on Legal and regulatory acts for business and consult the respective functional SPOCS on the requirements.
