Competencies, Experience & Soft skills :
- A Law graduate with 8 + years of PQE in large organization or reputed law firm in managing compliance;
- Should have strong experience in implementation of compliance digital platform;
- Having knowledge of relevant and applicable laws in Corporate;
- Good verbal and written Communication Skills and Result Oriented;
- Ability to work effectively in a regulated business environment;
- Should have legal acumen and understanding of law
Job Description for Manager - Compliance in Corporate Contracts :
- Benchmarking with industry standards and creating and implementing an effective digital compliance program of Group and provide direction and oversight of the compliance program;
- Responsible for identifying and assessing areas of compliance risk;
- Coordinating with various departments and ensuring mapping of time based and event based obligations / conditions and enable compliances with respect to various approvals, consents, licenses, statutory law, regulations across various functions and locations of Group;
- Oversee, coordinate, and monitor the day-to-day compliance activities of the organization;
- Formalize and monitor the digital system to enable organization for disciplining instances of noncompliance (including the failure to prevent, detect, or report any noncompliance);
- Establish a company compliance manual in coordination with internal stake holder;
- Develop and coordinate appropriate compliance training and education programs for all employees;
- Generate non-compliance reports and highlight to the General Counsel at its regular meetings, or as otherwise necessary, on any significant non-compliance issues to ensure appropriate discussion of such non-compliance issues and to ensure that appropriate action is taken
