Working on various SEBI / AMFI / Board reports and statutory disclosures 3. Review of half yearly and annual scheme reports/portfolios 4. To carry out a review of the various operational process to ensure compliance with regulations 5. Review of compliance with IDFC AMC / Group Policies 6. Ongoing compliance activities pertaining to MF, PMS, AIF, VCF, Offshore funds 7. Assisting on a review of legal agreements with various Distributors/Vendors. 8. Liasoning with internal auditors / statutory auditors for ongoing audits and related process 9. To support conducting internal committee meetings.
