Req Exp : 5 to 7 yrs

Educational Qualification : Any Masters degree

Required Exp / Skills

- Strong exp in overseeing overall processes and deliverables related to compliance

- Exp in working closely different functions such as Core Compliance, Trade Compliance, and Control Room

- Exp in implementing policies and procedures for compliance processes

- Exp in providing assistance with systemic risk and other regulatory filings

- Exp in ensuring strong adherence to firm's Code of Ethics policies and procedures

- Exp in driving and guiding technology projects to build controls, streamline workflows, and improve process efficiency

- Exp in mentoring team members to drive performance, set goals, and manage their career development
