- Communicate new regulations to key stakeholders.

- Handling Internal Audit and IRDAI queries.

- Timely reporting of "Places of Business" - coordination with regions.

- Implementation of Policies and Governance.

- Development of Cyber Cell processes and timely and fair investigation and reporting.

- Annual Performance review.

- Review and approve the product collaterals, with in services standards, in compliance with product regulations.

- Identify non-compliance and compliance risk issues and report to management.

- Drive compliance awareness and training across the organization.

- Ensure minimal issues raise in Internal and External audits.
