Manager - Compliance - FinTech

Hiring for one of the leading Fintech Company in India.

Experience - 5 Years+

CTC - 30 LPA

Location - Mumbai, Parel

NOTE - Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws including Companies Act, RBI compliance, etc.

What you will work on:

- Assist the Board to implement the compliance policy

- Identify the compliance risk

- Monitor & test compliance of regulatory/supervisor direction given by performing compliance testing

- Compliance with other regulatory too

- Constitution of a Compliance Department

- Preparing manual and policies as per the RBI mandate

- Preparing response with respect to any RBI query.

- Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required

- Possess good interpersonal skills and maintain cordial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Should be professionals of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete their duties, keeping in mind the objectives of the business.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Outstanding drafting skills and strong negotiation skills

Qualification and Experience:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in NBFC and Lending space

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a reputed institute with a good academic record

- Possess relevant secretarial experience, preferably in with a lending company or in the NBFC/BFSI sector

- Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws including Companies Act, RBI compliance, etc.
