Manager - Compliance - BFSI/IT

Job Summary

- This role involves working closely with attorneys and compliance professionals to help ensure that the firm's business activities are conducted in strict accordance with regulatory requirements.

- Responsibilities will include leading the group out of the Hyderabad office, preparing regulatory filings, supervising review of compliance monitoring reports, and ensuring adherence to compliance policies.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee all processes and deliverables for which Compliance Hyderabad is responsible

- Work closely with the heads of different functions within Compliance

- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures

- People Management

- Maintain control over resource allocation and budget requirements

Skills Required:-

- 5-8 years of relevant work exp.

- People management exp.

- Post graduation in MBA

- Excellent Communication skills

- Should be working in a Finance role preferably Financial Operations or Trade Compliance
