Manager - Compliance - BFSI

Job title: Manager Compliance

Reports to : Chief Compliance officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Compliance with all RBI requirements pertaining to Banks/NBFC’s.

- Filing all mandated returns.

- Keeping in touch with latest circulars and disseminating the same with all concerned in the organization.

- Vigil on new business initiatives and the implications of the same from RBI compliance point of view.

- On-going improvements to enable data recording in a seamless manner to facilitate information flow to RBI.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- A graduate and a Qualified Chartered Accountant or Company secretary

- Must have an in depth knowledge of RBI act and prudential and other norms applicable to Banks/NBFC’s

- Experience of 2 to 3 years in related field
