Manager - Compliance - Bank

We have opportunity with leading Indian bank having presence at global level.

- Candidate should have experience in managing Government clients and TASC in banking sector.

- Candidate should be MBA / CA with relevant experience related to profile

Profile :

- Implementation of regulatory guidelines

- One point contact for regulatory requirements for all support groups within the bank

- Clarifications released by regulator

- Transaction monitoring and reporting

Process Owner :

- Internal processes for the customer segment

- Process formation and roll out towards changes in products & processes

- Improvisation / Streamlining of existing processes

- Implementation of processes

- Product / process updates Including Regulatory change guidance

- System related improvements / changes

- Improve Service Quality and TAT

- Sharing Communication with customers regarding regulatory requirements from time to time

Compliance :

- Monitoring and reporting to regulator / internal teams / customer

- AML / KYC / EDD etc

- Internal certifications

- Customer escalation handling
