Role: Compliance Manager

Reporting to : AVP / Chief Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Role :

- Contribute to the creation of a framework for compliance risk assessment by identifying and assessing the risk associated with technology and compliance through ongoing data analysis and monitoring

- To do thorough testing and evaluations of technological systems, processes, and controls in order to identify, minimize, and continuously monitor compliance risks with regulatory requirements, statutory requirements, and prescribed minimum standards. To report findings.

- To create and execute off-site monitoring reports to verify adherence to regulatory requirements

- To guide / evaluate and sign off on compliance provided (action taken) by firms on observations made while performing assurance role.

- The process of gathering information and taking corrective action before submitting it to the board.

- Coordinating with both internal and statutory auditors.
