We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager of Compliance and Internal Audit. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring our organization's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, while also managing our internal audit processes. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 7- 10 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role, specifically in an automotive dealership. It is essential that the candidate possesses a strong background in VAT compliance and has a thorough understanding of corporate tax regulations.

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in the automotive dealership industry.

2. Strong knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations, specifically in VAT compliance and corporate tax.

3. Proven experience in compliance management and internal auditing, with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation.

4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and assess risks effectively.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

8. Proficiency in using audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

9. Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior in handling sensitive and confidential information.

10. Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.
