Job Responsibilities : - The role would involve in managing regulatory compliance of Securities Act, Mutual Fund Regulation and other regulatory bodies. - The profile would involve Boards with bi-monthly, quarterly and half yearly reports in accordance with SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations. - Monitoring compliance under Mutual Fund Regulations and other SEBI Regulations - Preparing and updating various scheme related documents under SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations - The prospect should have strong knowledge of Mutual Fund regulations. - The incumbent should be from an Asset Management Company
