Manager - Compliance

We have an opportunity for Manager - Compliance in Pune Location

Job Description:

- Ensure 100% compliance with Customs, DGFT, and DRI regulations for EOU/DTA plants.

- Achieve 100% compliance with all incentive schemes such as MEIS, RoDEP, DBK, etc.

- Manage availing EPCG, Advance license schemes, and ensure compliance with export obligations.

- Validate HSN for export incentives.

- Coordinate SION norm fixation and liaise with DGFT for approval.

- Submit APR/QPR for Net foreign exchange.

- Obtain permissions for AEO/Star export house/self-sealing/REX/Job work, etc., from DGFT & Customs.

- Participate in various audits related to compliance.

- Conduct periodic health checks on EXIM compliance.

- Oversee import operations and logistics.

- Manage export documentation and ensure timely delivery to customers.

- Handle by-product sales, specifically HCL disposal and vendor management.

- Explore digitization opportunities.

Skill set required:

- 15 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably with exposure to EOU.

- Proven track record in managing customs and DGFT-related matters.

- Experience in import operations and logistics.

- Proficiency in export documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum 15 years of experience with a graduate degree and additional degree/diploma in International Trade or Import-Export Management.

- Certification/Diploma in Customs Laws & Procedures preferred.
