MBA - Marketing
Experience:
8-10 years
Desired Competencies:
- Knowledge of FMCG Industry, its structure, excellent extant network or capability to build one as the need arises. Knowledge of the craft of business intelligence gathering and synthesizing such knowledge in a business friendly manner
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating the food industry mapping and updating it regularly
1. Create the Industry structure basing it on established models such as Porters model of competitiveness covering at least 80% of the industry volume with key entities including people.
2. Updating it with every significant and change and at regular interval whichever is earlier
- Creating and maintaining company profiles
1. Each company profiled from input to output and organization complete with financials
- Preparing quarterly briefing documents for ciculation and presenting it to Bangalore ExCom
1. Updating the leadership team on movements in the competitive world and its implications on Britannia
- Engaging external partners to gather business intelligence
1. Coordinating with external partners for conducting intelligence on behalf of BIL especially where such information can't be gathered by a BIL employee.
- Creating informal and formal network for gathering industry and company activities
