Manager - Compensation & PMS - BFSI

We are currently looking for an HR specialist preferably from financial services/insurance industry for a Financial services organization based in Noida.

The role will be a Corporate HR role with Responsibilities of all HR verticals built in from C&B/ Performance Mgmt. Collaborate and Coordinate with BHRs and Business Heads.

Core Skills :

- Data Rational / Should have managed C&B & PM Cycles/ Understands the inter linkages of the different HR verticals. Collaborative and high on interpersonal skills.

- Eye for detail & error free track record.

- Ability to Multitask and work on varied projects.

Exp in managing C & B and performance management cycle is a must.

Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
