- Head the Compensation and rewards program focused on Service Providers for the entire Lithium.
- Establish best in industry compensation and rewards strategies within Lithium to attract and retain talents
Primary responsibilities :
Functional :
- Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package for drivers that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals
- Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives
- Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Defining profit-sharing, incentive, driver wellness, and performance management programs.
- Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial, and nonfinancial compensations
- Assess driver needs by conducting organizational surveys to find out what motivates and engages drivers
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
- Assist in defining and rolling out attractive compensation structures and schemes for drivers in different locations.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
- Provide Market Intelligence on driver community to Management on Industry compensation, Market Events, trends etc
- Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Supporting the HR team with recruitment and engagement activities.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the

- Exposure to Market Surveys and Research
