Big4 is Hiring for Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards Manager
- Post Graduate degree with 10-14 years of relevant work experience
- Deep specialist and technical reward knowledge of frameworks and practices, with a successful track record in making a contribution to the Total Reward strategy design, preferably in a large and complex organization
- Reward market data analysis - experience of submitting data to salary surveys and analysing outputs. Previous experience of the following surveys would be desirable; Willis Towers Watson, Hewitt, McLagan. It is desirable to have experience in Job Evaluation processes and principles
- Good technical skills e.g. Excel, Success Factors/SAP HR, Reward Systems, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, Management Information systems and use of statistical analysis
- Advanced Excel - Experience of working with, analysing and manipulating multiple, disparate data sets to develop salary/bonus modelling tools, reporting and statistical analytics with strong data visualization skills
- Building and maintaining credible and productive working relationships, and demonstrating strong communication skills in the delivery of work outputs
- An excellent communicator you are able to use different communication styles to engage differing stakeholders (technical, senior leadership, line management)
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities, being able to manage and meet the expectations of multiple stakeholders at once.
- Demonstrating professional integrity, handling and dealing with confidential and sensitive data
- Demonstrating operational excellence and delivery
Qualification: Master's from tier I & tier II institutes
