Manager - C&B
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the compensation and benefits strategy and implement related plans.
- Perform data analytics and come up with insights to build the pay and benefits strategy.
- Evaluate compensation landscape and propose improvements.
- Administer retail incentive/ variable pay programs.
- Implement pay revision cycle for the organization.
- Lead HR shared services managing payroll, Full & Final settlement, compliances & benefit administration.
- Manage HR systems and databases & Drive HR automation for process efficiency.
- Oversee exit processes and settlements.
- Supervise payroll and performance systems.
- Ensure legal compliance and oversee benefit plans.
- Monitor rewards and recognition programs.
Education and Experience: MBA or related Master's degree.
- 4-5 years in HR Operations/Shared Services.
