My MNC Client is a manufacturer of composite wind blades for the wind energy market.
Designation : Manager -Compensation & Benefits, Payroll & HR Systems
This position will report to Director - Human Resources, India
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve pay scale and structure for India
- Determine competitive wage rates and change as necessary
- Ensure that the company's pay scale complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Initiate compensation / wage surveys, analyse Market comp. & ben. surveys and support leadership in positioning the company in the market regarding salaries and benefits
- Oversee the distribution of pay to employees
- Work with managers to help develop promotion and retention, reward & recognition strategies for existing employees
- Oversee compensation, compliance and payroll support team
- Lead implementation of global HR IT projects in India
Desired Skills & Experience-
- Should possess post graduate qualification in Human Resources from a reputed institute
- Should have 10 to 15 years- experience, working in multinational organizations
- Should have proven experience in handling compensation & benefits for India for both staff and shop floor employees; (Should have exposure in handling payroll for 500 empolyees manpower) experience in handling comp & ben for multiple markets will be an added advantage
- Should have experience in implementing large scale HR IT systems
- Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and data handling skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in handling teams
