Compensation & Benefits Manager with leading NBFC
Compensation & Benefits:
- Responsible for compensation & benefits benchmarking for Indian & overseas markets
- Preparation & monitoring of compensation budgets
- Preparation of various compensation stimulations
- Responsible for implementation of ESOP scheme.
- Understanding of statutory framework wrt LWF, PF, ESIC, Min wages etc.
- Responsible for successful implementation of Total reward framework.
- Responsible for creation of compensation structures & aligning employees with the grid.
- Responsible to ensure and provide necessary data monthly, including new hires, salary change etc. for payroll process (including pre- payroll) in a timely manner.
