Our client is a well-known NBFC based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities :
a. Design and analyze sales incentives across all businesses and levels.
b. Responsible for job evaluations, designing job descriptions and make the ROE dashboard.
c. Work on organizational analytics.
d. Manage the complex administrative systems & practices.
Preferred Candidate :
a. Experience in working with Banks or NBFCs is mandatory.
b. Prefer candidates from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions.
c. Understand specific systems and programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
d. Strong interpersonal skills ability to manage senior stakeholders.
e. Strong communication, both oral and written.
