- To establish reward plans in consultation with HR management based on the needs of the business
- Compensation & Benefit services and strong MS excel knowledge
- Working on complex environment, stakeholder management, working with Top Management

- Compensation Operations- Merit salary increase, merit distribution, Fixed/Variable Pay structures and monthly payroll input
