- To establish reward plans in consultation with HR management based on the needs of the business

- Compensation & Benefit services and strong MS excel knowledge

- Working on complex environment, stakeholder management, working with Top Management

- To advise and support management and HR professionals on compensation & benefit related topics Compensation scorecards and analytics

- To contribute to the analysis and reporting of Total Compensation according to internal reporting requirements

- Coordination with Global C&B Team and monthly update of cost & work force pyramid

- Managing end to end Performance Management - Designing, Coaching leaders & HRBPs, administering

- Understanding of the sales compensation and managing sales commission plans

- Compensation Operations- Merit salary increase, merit distribution, Fixed/Variable Pay structures and monthly payroll input
