Position : Manager-Compensation (Leading MNC IT Company)
Role :
- Responsible for designing compensation, determining an appropriate salary structure, establishing salary ranges for each grade, managing annual salary revision exercises through surveys, analysis of positioning & budget development, communicating compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the compensation program and making changes periodically, as necessary
- Should be able to drive Compensation practice individuality with minimal supervision
- Monitoring the organization's Compensation structure and maintain balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff
- Researching and analysing compensation structures / market pricing of jobs through salary surveys
- Undertaking job evaluation
- May prepare RFPs and shortlist vendors. Responsible for timely completion of appraisal cycle/revision cycle
- Position will report into the Head-HR
Requirements :
- MBA
- 7-11 yrs of comprehensive experience in Compensation & Payroll experience, preferably in a mid-sized IT Company
- Strong presentation skills are desirable
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Access)
- Past experience in matrix organization or corporate office will be preferred
- Must be familiar with payroll processing and tax laws
