Manager - Compensation & Benefits & HRIS

Oversee all aspects of HR operations, payroll management, and compliance & play a critical role in implementing a new HRIS system, executing HR strategies, ensuring seamless HR operations, and implementing best practices in payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR operational strategies to support the overall business objectives. Oversee the end-to-end processes of HRIS, eDMS, and employee lifecycles processes of confirmations, Transfers, F&F etc. o Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Provide guidance and support to HR team members, fostering a culture continuous improvement.

Payroll Management:

- Bring about payroll transformation by automation, system development, & process efficiencies.

- Oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.

Compliance:

- Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, advising leadership on necessary adjustments.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize HRIS and other tools to generate relevant HR and payroll reports for management.

- Analyse trends and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

- Provide insights into workforce analytics to support strategic initiatives.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in HR & Should have 8-10 years of experience in HR with domain experience in C&B/ Payroll.

2. Should have both Operational as well as strategic work experience in C&B role.

3. Should have exposure of managing across Continents of more than 5000 HC.

4. Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in C&B

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

7. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

8. Familiarity with HR technologies and must have worked with 2 - 3 different HRMS - Adrenaline, Darwin Box etc

9. Should be able to play a pivotal role w.r.t. HR Operations & Payroll for all business expansions.
