About Client: Our client is a 100 year old Japanese MNC which is in to medical devices; in India they have a presence since 2013
Job Role: Compensation and Benefits (this is the major role - which also entails Salary Benchmarking, Performance Differentiation, Retention, managing external vendors, formulating Compensation Grid etc), apart from C&B the incumbent should take care of other HR operations like HR Planning and Process Improvements,Payroll Management, Compliance & Audits, HR Analytics, Database Management & Documentation, On-boarding & Induction HRIS
Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits:
To design, develop and implement Compensation & Benefit strategy & policies, that are aligned to the overall Compensation philosophy of company and statutory requirements
- To plan for increments, performance pay and incentives in partnership with Consulting firms & inputs from Director HR
- To provide compensation-related inputs to the Business / Function Heads for Talent Acquisition processes
- To provide support for initiatives pertaining to revision of salary structure and compensation benchmarking, as required
Other HR Operations:
- HR Planning and Process Improvements
- HR Policy Management, Compliance and Audits
- HR Analytics, Database Management & Documentation
- On-boarding & Induction
Desired Candidate profile:
Qualification : MBA (HR) regular
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Skills: Hands-on experience in C&B, atleast handled one complete Comoensation cycle, Salary Benchmarking, Performance Differentiation, knowledge of Retention program, managing external vendors, formulating Compensation Grid and strong hold on MS office.
