- Bachelor's degree required / Master's Degree Preferred
- At least 4-5 years experience in design and delivering comp and benefit programs across MNC's (captive centers preferred)
- Atleast 2-3 years Exposure and knowledge towards the local HR compliances.
- Experience in preparing weekly/monthly quarterly and Yearly dashboards and Presentations
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills /presentation skills is preferred ability to analyze trends from data
- 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources, working across HR Systems & Processes, HR compliances, Comp & Benefits Administration
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including oral, written, and listening skills with ability to connect to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff, including at senior executive levels
