There is an opening for HR Lead with one of the leading hospitals located in Bangalore
Kindly find below the job description :
- To implement and administer the compensation strategies and employee engagement initiatives in alignment with the organization goals and objectives across the various units.
- To review the market price of benchmark jobs within the industry on a periodic basis and establish a trend line of salary ranges based on Job Families to determine the appropriate salary structure
- To develop and deliver transparent communication and feedback mechanisms across departments/units
- To implement, administer and review rewards strategies in sync with performance in order to have a motivated workforce.
- To create and provide effective monitoring reports on timely basis to senior managers in order to facilitate the planning and control strategies
- Responsible for conducting Market Intelligence Survey for Salary bench marking.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate, efficient daily Compensation &Benefits processes to support all populations of employees including payroll, benefit administration, and benefit communication.
Essential Skills :
- Compensation Restructuring across organization,
- Incentive/Reward Plan Designing,
- Development and Implementation of Retention Tool,
- Performance management Program Administration.
- Exemplary analytical & problem-solving skills,
- Effective at multi-tasking
- Excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word Skills.
Salary range : 12 - 17 LPA
